IAC has an established philosophy to develop and train its employees to the highest level achievable. The company recruits young talent and develops engineers and technicians for the ever challenging industrial market.

The company is committed to the training and development of all of its employees and is currently undergoing a program to achieve the Investors in People Award. A Continuous Professional Development scheme, based on that of the IET, has been implemented company wide, with all employees allocated a mentor to oversee their improvement.
