IAC Service operates on a 24/7 basis with Contracted customers receiving a dedicated phone number for immediate response, with a back-up system in case of the need for escalation.
Breakdown response is guaranteed within the contract to suit the customer’s requirements.
Ad hoc service can be provided to non-contracted customers, but contracted customers are given priority and response cannot be guaranteed. We do, however, try and assist all customers and potential customers wherever possible and where resources can be obtained.
